Our Director in charge of Legal Affairs, Mr. Maurice Gilead, recently hosted Mr. Jaye, an international sales representative from QGM China, a world leader in the manufacture of brick-making machinery with branches across Germany and beyond. The meeting centered on an exciting new venture: establishing CTC Group’s first brick manufacturing factory as a turnkey solution for the real estate industry in East Africa.

This partnership marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to expanding sustainable and cost-effective building solutions. By integrating QGM’s cutting-edge technology with CTC Group’s vision for affordable housing, we aim to revolutionize the real estate market, not only in Kenya but across the region.
