MODULAR HOUSES

Mobile offices and warehouses for construction purposes have evolved from shipping containers. The evolution has emphasized the need for lighter units, which can be modular and equipped with built-in amenities such as toilets, kitchens, cupboards, and wardrobes, serving both as offices and short-term accommodations.

Containers or micro units can function independently or as part of a larger complex. They can stand alone or be integrated with service roofs equipped with stormwater drainage, fulfilling a wide range of needs for rapid construction of residential units, offices, sanitary facilities, exhibition galleries, and retail spaces.

Micro units are customizable in terms of wall thickness, insulating materials, and sheet metal thickness, catering to specific customer needs regarding temperature control and noise levels within the interior space, as well as impacting the final price range.

These micro units can be delivered pre-assembled or folded, depending on whether an empty space or built-in sanitary elements are required. Assembly is straightforward when folded, requiring only a small lift or Hiab truck to raise the roof section, insert the walls, and secure the side supports, making the unit ready for use. Up to 10 units can be stacked on a trailer (5+5 stacked), with the option to transport 5 units upright when shipping containers are used for transportation.

PRODUCTION TYPE

  • 0,8-2 mm thick of U and C shaped galvanized profiles are used.
  • All required statical calculations are applied according to EURONORMS.
  • Weldless light gouge structural system, joinings done by bolts and screws.

  • Interior wall cladding: 0,35 mm thick of galvanized sheet(RAL9002).
  • Insulation: 50 mm thick of EPS.

  • 40 mm thick of sandwich panel.
  • Covering: 0,40 mm thick of RAL 9002 painted galvanized sheets.
  • Ceiling: 0,35 mm thick of RAL 9002 painted galvanized sheets.
  • Insulation: 40 mm thick of Polyrethane (PU).
  • Chasis: 1,5 mm thick of C and U shaped galvanize profiles.

FLOOR

  • Chasis: 1,5-2,00 mm thick of C and U shaped galvanize profiles.
  • 16 mm thick of Fibercement floor covering included.
  • 2 mm thick of PVC floor covering included.


DOORS

  • Exterior doors: 900*1960 mm thick of insulated steel exterior doors.
  • Interior doors: 840*1960 mm MDF doors.
  • Door for wet areas: 720*1960 mm MDF doors.
  • Locks and handles: Locks for external doors are cylindirical and encased locks are used for internal doors.

WINDOWS

  • 970*1200 mm thick of PVC framed windows are used.
  • For wet areas: 400*600 mm thick of PVC framed windows are
    used (tilt opened).
  • Glasses: 4-9-4 mm thick of double glazing is used.


PAINT

  • For exterior Panels: painted by RAL 9002 rapid paint.For Interior Panels: painted by RAL 9002 rapid paint.
  • Metal parts are painted by RAL 9002 rapid paint.


ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

  • 2000 W, 220 Wolt, 50 hz.
  • Socket cables: 3X2.5 mm² NYM, socket lines 4X2.5 mm² NYM
    Lighting cables: 2X1.5 mm² NYM, linesi 3X1,5 mm² NYM.
  • Lighting armatures:
    For general areas: Circled flourescents.
    For wet areas and upper exterior door is bulp armatures.
  • Electrical sockets and switches are included.
  • Fuses and fuse boxes are included.
  • Data and telephone cables and sockets belongs to Orderer.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION

  • Sinks: wall type 37*45 cm wall mounted sinks, inluding sink taps.
  • Toilets: seramic type of western type of toilets, plastic reservuar.
  • Shower base: 80*80 cm polyester shower base, including shower taps.
  • Kitchen sink: 100 cm with bottom wooden cupboard included the armatures (chrome plated 50*100 cm included).
  • Accessories like paper hold, mirror belongs to Orderer.
  • Data and telephone cables and sockets belongs to Orderer.
  • Pipes: Clean and waste water pipes are included, for clean water PPRC and for waste water PVC pipes are used.
