MOBILE HOMES - TINY HOUSES

The modern trend of mobile homes is experiencing a surge in popularity, primarily driven by the demand for attractive micro-living units catering to tourist needs, whether for temporary stays or long-term use. These homes typically fall into two categories: mobile homes on wheels and stationary homes on point foundations.

Standard widths range between 2.55 and 3 meters, with lengths typically between 8 and 10 meters. The height of these homes can reach up to 4 meters.

Wheeled mobile homes feature a certified undercarriage equipped with an overrun brake for safety.

The design of these homes is aesthetically pleasing, often showcasing their metal skeleton structure. Thoughtful interior finishes and the use of high-quality materials contribute to their appeal. Some models even offer two-story layouts, with sleeping quarters upstairs and living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms downstairs. Sam dizajn je všečen in nakazuje na svojo kovinsko skeletno zasnovo. Notranjost je premišljeno dovršena in uporabljeni so kvalitetni materiali. Obstajajo tudi izvedbe, ki so dvonadstropne, tako da imajo zgoraj najpogosteje spalne prostore, spodaj pa dnevni prostor s kuhinjo in kopalnico. Spodnji prostori so opremljeni tudi s t.i. balkonskimi vrati, kar omogoča izredno veliko svetlobe v notranjosti ter enostaven prehod na morebitno teraso.

Ker pa gre v večini primerov za maloserijske izdelke, se je možno dogovoriti za različne izvedbe, uporabe materialov, dodatne toplotne izolacije, talno ogrevanje in podobno. Opcija je tudi namestitev solarnih panelov tako za elektriko kot za sanitarno toplo vodo.

The C-HOUSE F-01 model stands on pedestals and measures 3.30 x 10.00 meters, which provides enough space for 2 to 4 users. The exterior is a combination of wood and metal for a modern look and is suitable for use in all climates, both summer and winter. A long list of additional equipment allows it to become a second home. The basic structure is of metal skeleton construction, which means that it can be moved fairly easily. It is relatively light and sturdy and thus suitable for use in all climatic conditions, summer and winter.

The C-HOUSE F-02 model measures 4.00 x 8.00 meters, which provides enough space for 2 to 4 users. Due to the height of 4.50 m, it has two floors and the upper one also offers standing height, which gives the house itself greater utility and, above all, more space. The basic structure is also of metal skeleton construction, which means that it can be moved fairly easily. It is relatively light and sturdy. There is also a terrace, which can be enlarged if desired.

This model also uses a very aesthetic modern combination of wood and metal and is suitable for use in all climates, both summer and winter.

The C-HOUSE M-01 model measures 2.55 x 8.00 meters, which provides enough space for 2 to 4 users. The basic structure is also of metal skeleton construction and in this case it sits on a chassis (ALK-KO or KNOTT chassis which allows 3.5 tons of total weight), which means that it can be moved fairly easily. It is relatively light and sturdy for its size. There is also a terrace, which can be enlarged if desired.

This model also uses a very aesthetic modern combination of wood and metal and is suitable for use in all climates, both summer and winter.

The C-HOUSE M-03 model measures 2.55 x 10.00 meters, which provides enough space for 2 to 4 users. The basic structure is also of metal skeleton construction and sits on a two-axle chassis, which means it can be moved quite easily. It is relatively light and sturdy for its size. Since it is 4 meters high, the interior is divided into two floors, so that the sleeping areas are raised above the living area, which greatly increases usability and spaciousness. Due to its size, however, it is more suitable for long-term installation than daily movements.

It also uses a very aesthetic modern combination of wood and metal and is suitable for use in all climates, both summer and winter.
