Africa Day – 13th International Conference in Slovenia

Africa Day - 13th International Conference in Slovenia

Africa Day is an international conference that has been organized annually by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia within the framework of the Bled Strategic Forum since 2012 in partnership with the London-based Chatham House and the European Commission.

The conference aims to enhance bilateral ties between Slovenia and African countries, with particular emphasis on strengthening political, economic and cultural cooperation. It is attended by high representatives of governments, international and regional organizations, private sector, civil society, think tanks and academia from Africa, Europe and Slovenia, in particular.

For our company CTC GROUP and project IZRA itself it was of big importance to see the future possibilities to incorporate new guidelines on international level. And we were right, there is so much we can do by inviting academics as well as cultural sphere to our project. Offering the opportunity to carry out research and theories in real life through contact with the local population. Also the authentic cultural contact of different cultures, from different not only environments, but even continents. The future of connecting professional work, develop, science and culture is here.
